How to care for your oiled timber floor care
If you take care of your Quick-Step oiled floor from the start, it will age beautifully and you will avoid the need to re-oil. Compare this to moisturizing your hands: you wash them regularly, but by doing so your hands become dry. A good moisturizer will protect your hands.
Quick-Step Oil Care
The Quick-Step Oil care protects and maintains your floor, preventing it from drying out and looking dull, restoring it to its original beauty.
Tip: if you clean your floor every week with Quick-Step Cleaning products, you should use Quick-Step Oil Care once a month. If you clean your floor every two weeks, you should use the Quick-Step Oil Care once every 2 months.
How to give your oiled timber floor intense care
For oiled timber floors that need intense care and repair, you can use the Quick-Step Maintenance Oil.
Quick-Step Maintenance Oil
For intense care and repair, use the Quick-Step Maintenance Oil every 6-12 months.
Note: the use of Quick-Step Oil Care and Maintenance Oil is only needed for oiled Parquet floors. Lacquered floors do not need any additional care after installation – besides regular cleaning. If you're not sure whether your floor is oiled or not, simply check the Quick-Step Parquet brochure or website.
